This policy explains how Công ty Cổ phần G-Deploy (G-Deploy Joint Stock Company) (“G-Deploy”, “we”) collects, uses, stores and protects your personal data when you visit g-deploy.com or contact us. It is written under Vietnam’s Law on Personal Data Protection No. 91/2025/QH15 (in force from 1 January 2026), Decree No. 356/2025/ND-CP guiding that Law, and other applicable Vietnamese legislation.

- Tax code: 1801813513
- Address: No. 59, Street No. 10, Dieu Hien Residential Area, Cai Rang Ward, Can Tho City, Vietnam

2. Data we process
This website has one contact form (the Contact page) and does not ask you to create an account. We only process the following:
- Information you choose to send us through the contact form, when you press “Email us” or write to cus@g-deploy.com: your name, email address, phone number and business name (if you give them), the service you are interested in, and the message and files you attach. If you ask to book a conversation: the way you prefer to talk (phone call or online meeting) and your preferred date and time of day. For the form we also record that you agreed to the processing, the time of sending and the page you sent it from.
- Technical data created when you visit the website: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and time of visit. This sits in the server logs of the company that hosts the website.
- Service records, when you use our company formation or business accounting services: details of the legal representative and members or shareholders (name, date of birth, address, number and copy of identity documents), business details, invoices, vouchers, statements, contracts and the financial, accounting and tax data you hand over to us.
- Account and document data on the customer portal, if G-Deploy gives you an account: your sign-in email, the progress of your case, and the documents you or we upload to the portal.
- Your language choice, stored on your own device (see section 11).
Please do not send us sensitive personal data (for example health information, bank account details or identity documents) by email unless we have asked for it for a specific purpose and told you so clearly.
3. Why we process it
- To answer your questions and requests, advise you and send quotes.
- To prepare, conclude and perform a service contract with you or your business.
- To deliver company formation services: preparing and filing the business registration dossier with the competent state authority at your request and under your authorisation.
- To deliver business accounting services: bookkeeping, keeping accounting records, filing tax returns and preparing financial statements for your business.
- To run, secure and improve the website.
- To meet legal obligations, such as accounting, tax and requests from competent state authorities.
We do not use your data for any other purpose unless we have told you and, where the law requires, you have agreed.
4. Legal basis and consent
We process personal data on the basis of your consent (shown by you choosing to send us information) or where the law allows processing without consent, for example to perform a contract you are party to or to meet a legal obligation. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us as described in section 10; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing done before it.
5. How long we keep it
We keep data for as long as needed for the purposes above and no longer than the law requires or allows. When it is no longer needed it is deleted or anonymised. Contract, accounting and tax records, including the vouchers and accounting books of your business that you hand over to us, are kept for the periods that accounting, tax and related law set for each type of document. When a service contract ends, we hand the data over or delete it as agreed with you and as the law requires.
6. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only where needed for the purposes in section 3, namely with:
- Infrastructure providers that process data on our behalf, such as website hosting, the database that stores requests sent through the form (Supabase) and the company email service. They may process data only on our instructions and under data protection terms.
- Competent state authorities, such as the business registration authority and the tax authority, when we carry out procedures for you under your authorisation, or when they make a lawful request.
- Banks, e-invoice and digital signature providers and similar organisations, if you ask us to deal with them in order to deliver the service.
7. Transfers abroad
The website’s hosting infrastructure and the database that stores requests sent through the form may have servers outside Vietnam (the database is currently in the Singapore region). When personal data is transferred or processed abroad, we follow the procedures and safeguards that Vietnamese law on cross-border transfers of personal data requires.
8. Security
We use suitable organisational and technical measures, such as HTTPS for the website, access limited to what the work needs (especially for identity documents and financial data), and hosting providers that apply their own security measures. No system is completely secure; if an incident affects your personal data we will deal with it and notify as the law requires.
9. Your rights
Under Vietnamese personal data protection law you have these rights over your data:
- To be informed about how your personal data is processed.
- To agree or not agree, and to withdraw consent you have given.
- To view, correct or ask for correction of your data.
- To ask for a copy of your data.
- To ask for your data to be deleted.
- To ask for processing to be restricted.
- To object to processing in the cases the law allows.
- To complain, report, bring a claim and seek compensation as the law provides.
- To protect yourself or ask a competent body to protect your rights.
10. How to use your rights and contact us
To use these rights or ask about this policy, email cus@g-deploy.com, say what you are asking for and give us enough information to verify that you are the data subject. We will reply within the time the law sets. You may also write to: No. 59, Street No. 10, Dieu Hien Residential Area, Cai Rang Ward, Can Tho City, Vietnam.
11. Cookies and browser storage
The website currently uses no advertising cookies and no analytics tools. It only stores your language choice in the browser’s local storage (localStorage) so that you return to the right language next time; if you sign in to the customer portal, your sign-in session is kept there too until you sign out. You can clear it in your browser settings. If we later use cookies or analytics, this policy will be updated and, where needed, we will ask for your consent.
12. Children
The website is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect children’s personal data. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has sent us data, please contact us so we can deal with it.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our activities or the law change. A new version takes effect from the date it is published on the website, with the date of update shown at the top of the page.
