What do I need to get started?
Details of the legal representative and the members or shareholders, the proposed name, the registered address, business lines and charter capital. We go through it in detail in the Understand step.
How long until I receive the certificate?
It depends on the dossier and the registration authority. We give an expected timeline in the Agree step, before any work begins.
How is pricing worked out?
Quoted by scope. State fees, if any, follow the rules in force and are shown separately in the quote.
Do you help after the company is set up?
We can work with the business accounting service so the company runs within the rules from the start.
