1. Purpose of the Website
The Website introduces G-Deploy and our services. Its content is informational and is not an offer to enter into a contract. The scope, cost and timing of each project are agreed separately in a quote or contract between the parties; the Website does not publish a fixed price list.
2. Services and reference information
G-Deploy’s services, including company formation and business accounting, are provided under a separate service contract between the parties. Information about law, tax and accounting on the Website is general reference only, is not advice for your particular case, and may change when the law changes.
3. Intellectual property
The Website’s content, images, brand identity and source code belong to G-Deploy or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, distribute or use them commercially without our written consent, except where the law allows. Some images on the Website are illustrations.

9. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. The parties will first try to resolve any dispute by negotiation; if that fails, it will be resolved by a competent court of Vietnam.
